Hadi Shafaei, an English Professor at Bojnourd Azad University has been summoned to Prison in order to begin serving his sentence in the next a few days.
RAHANA: Hadi Hakim-Shafaei, a post- election detainee, has been sentenced to 3 years in prison for insulting the Supreme Leader and acting against national security by the 2nd branch of the Revolutionary Court.
According to JARS, the 4th branch of the Northern Khorasan Appeals Court presided by Judge Pirzargari acquitted him from acting against national security and reduced the sentence to one year in prison.
According to the summons order, he will be transferred to the Bojnourd Prison in 3 days.
